Product return


This right of return applies to e-commerce orders delivered to Finland and Åland. You have the right to cancel the distance selling agreement with the restrictions mentioned in the delivery terms of the online store within 14 days of receiving the goods. The cancellation notice must always indicate the order number and which products you are returning.

Carefully pack the product in the original packing box or similar neat packaging. Attach the completed Shipping and Return Form that came with the package.

You can return your order by sending the package via Posti, Matkahuolto or courier service, or by delivering the return to Uudenmaan Huoltokeskus Oy at the agreed time.
